Jason Oppenheim, renowned from “Selling Sunset,” is the exclusive agent for the property, pricing it at $53 million. He notes that the adjusted price accounts for Ye’s removal of the home’s interior finishes. Oppenheim describes the sale as a unique opportunity to acquire a prime waterfront property, akin to obtaining a masterpiece, with potential for tailored modern upgrades.

Residence Designed by Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Designer

The residence was crafted by the acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando, a recipient of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. Notably, Ando is also the visionary behind Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s $200 million Malibu estate. Renowned for his minimalist designs and expertise in working with reinforced concrete, Ando has left an indelible mark on architectural landscapes.
Described as an enduring coastal masterpiece in California, Ye’s home is illuminated by natural light, a distinctive characteristic synonymous with Ando’s style. The property’s description emphasizes the creative use of natural light throughout the space, contributing to a warm ambiance and seamless integration with the surrounding natural environment.

The home’s construction involved approximately 200 tons of concrete, complemented by 200 tons of steel reinforcement and supported by 12 substantial pylons, as detailed in its description.

Nestled on the distinguished and serene Malibu Road, the property boasts convenient access to Malibu’s premier dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Described as a unique architectural marvel, the residence transcends mere living space, positioning itself as a distinguished masterpiece.

Ye Faces Criticism for Alleged Anti-Semitic Comments

Amid public criticism and the termination of key partnerships, Ye appears to persist in making comments perceived as anti-Semitic.
Recently, a video surfaced on Dec. 15, as reported by TMZ, showing the rapper delivering a profanity-laced tirade containing anti-Semitic sentiments while in Las Vegas.

In October 2022, he posted a tweet suggesting aggressive actions toward Jewish individuals, further reinforcing these sentiments in subsequent television appearances by perpetuating unfounded stereotypes about Jewish influence in the entertainment and media sectors. Additionally, during Paris Fashion Week that same month, he sported a T-shirt featuring the phrase “White Lives Matter,” a slogan often linked to white supremacist ideologies.

The rapper is set to release his 11th album titled “Vultures,” a project in collaboration with frequent partner Ty Dolla $ign. It’s anticipated that he will address the surrounding controversies within the album’s content.
