Ingredients: 8 ounces (about 225 grams) of your preferred pasta  1 and 1/2 cups of marinara sauce • 1 cup of cottage cheese 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon of dried basil

set your oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta until it's firm to the bite. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the marinara sauce until evenly coated.

Combine cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Put the mixture in a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Add the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Allow it to cool briefly before serving.
