Heat 2 cups of water in a pot.

Put 1/4 cup of fresh or dried rosemary leaves into the boiling water.

Allow the rosemary to simmer in the water for 5-10 minutes.

 Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

 Separate the rosemary leaves from the water using a fine strainer or cheesecloth.

Put the rosemary water into a clean container or spray bottle.

Your rosemary water is ready to use
