Reacher Season 2: Release Date Schedule for New Episodes: The second season of the popular crime thriller series “Reacher” has made its return to Prime Video, bringing back the show’s protagonist Jack Reacher who is tasked with solving a series of mysterious new murders.
The initial five episodes of “Reacher’s” second season are set to stream in December, followed by the release of the final three episodes in January 2024. Alan Ritchson takes on the role of Jack Reacher, a seasoned military police investigator entangled in a web of conspiracies and investigations. The series is based on Lee Child’s bestselling book series of the same name.
While Season 1 was adapted from the first “Reacher” novel, “Killing Floor,” where Jack Reacher was wrongly accused in a small-town murder, Amazon stated that the second season is set two years later and draws inspiration from the 11th book in the series, “Bad Luck and Trouble.”

Similar to the first season, the second season of “Reacher” will consist of eight episodes.
However, this time, the episodes will be released over the course of several weeks instead of being released all at once on the streaming platform. After the premiere of the first three episodes on Friday, subsequent episodes will be released one at a time every Friday until January 19.
The season kicks off as Jack Reacher receives a coded message, alerting him to the mysterious and brutal murders of members from his former U.S. Army unit, occurring one by one. This threat compels him to reunite with his former partners to launch an investigation into the unfolding mystery.
